- What does the customer need to provide?

Customer has to supply 1.75l to 2.75 liters of Tequila. You can also add 1 liter of triple sec per batch. Triple sec adds to the flavor and is recommended. We supply the margarita mix. We do not provide cups, straws, margarita salt.

- How many drinks will one batch make?

One batch of 5 gallon mix will make about 80 servings of 8 ounce drinks.

- Can the machine be used outdoors?

YES and No. Premium and Single machines can be used outdoors in a shaded area. Double machines are Indoor use ONLY.

- Do we have to clean the machine?

No, thats our job. Customer only has to enjoy the machine, not clean it!

- Can I pick up a machine to save on delivery fees?

No, we no longer offer customer pickups.

- Will the machine really freeze in 15 minutes?

Yes!, the premium margarita machines are the best on the market. Room temperture mix, with the machine indoors will freeze in 15 minutes. The single and double margarita machine has an indoor freeze time of ~40 minutes.

- Can I rent a machine for more then one day?

Yes you can, as long as we do not already have the machine booked for another event. Each additional day is $50.00.

- Can the machine be delivered up stairs.

We do not deliver up stairs. If not notified before machine is delivered, we will keep the $50.00 deposit for the trip charge and rental will be canceled.

- Can we use our own margarita mix?

No, frozen drink machines require the perfect amount of sugar to water ratio. Our mixes are formulated to be specifically used in frozen drink machines. If you use your own mix/recipe we cannot guarantee that the machine will work correctly. No refunds/discounts.

- When will the machine be delivered and picked up.

We will contact you the evening before your party date with a delivery window. We deliver at least 2 hours prior to your event start time to insure drinks are frozen and ready to serve by your event start time. We do our pick ups the following day, around the same time that the machine was dropped off. We can be flexible with times if we are able.

- How do we reserve a machine?

Either you can call us at 832-776-7084 to reserve or visit the reserve page on our website and fill out the reservation form. Note: a $50.00 deposit is required to confirm the reservation. We will only charge the deposit if items reserved are available. No charge will be made for sold item or cancelations on our part. A credit card on file is required. The deposit will go towards the rental price. Once the machine is delivered you simply pay the balance.

-How much margarita mix should I get?

We provide extra mix with every rental. If used, each additional mix is $15.00. If the mix is unopened we simply pick it back up at no cost. Each mix makes 5 gallons of margarita. We recommend a bottle of mix for every 40-50 people.

- Where can we set up the margarita machine?

The margarita machine will get delivered on a rolling cart. Machine must stay on this cart. Other requirements is the machine must be positioned on a flat, strong, level surface away from any edges/fall hazards.

- What flavor mixes can we provide.

Regular Margarita Gold (Lemon/lime) and Strawberry Margarita. We stick with the best, most popular two flavors.

- How much is the delivery fee?

Please visit the rentals page for zip codes we service and delivery fees, if applicable. Zip codes not listed, please contact us for a delivery quote and availability prior to reserving. We do require a $50.00 minimum order for delivery.

- Do you provide extra mix?

Yes, we bring extra mix with no upfront cost unless the machine is getting delivered at a reception hall/ commercial facility. Extra mix opened is $15.00 each.
